» DFS Range - D1 (FERROSLY)

DFS - D1 bushes are basically made from strips which are roll formed with special process and hardened to achieve the right metallurgical properties. These bearings are press fitted to the bore and made as per ISO 3547 standards.

» DFS Range - D2

DFS – D2 bearings unlike D1 are made from bars and extruded tubes and thus are without slit gap. These bearings are ‘shot-fitted’ in housings as are solid bushes. The properties of the bushing are same as D1 material but DFS-D2 range normally has lubrication hole or grove on OD or ID for improved and assertive lubrication all around and in harsh operative conditions.
